A2,Yes, of course. Mostly of our items are customized items for our client. And logo or image can be printed by digital printing or silk printing. You can offer use image or art work file for printings.
Q3, How can I know confirm the quality of finished items?
A3, Each item will be tested and checked carefully. After confirmed, detail images or vedio will send for checking.And if you need any adjustment, no problem at all.
Q4,How to delivery cargo?
A4, We have long cooperated logistic company to help send items with best service. Meanwhile, if you have cooperated logistic company, cargo can be send by your trusted company.
Q5,Can I get a sample first?
A5, Yes, of course. for small items, free sample is available. But not free for big items. Not like other little item, one of our products will be cost at least hundreds dollars at least, plus shipping cost, the amount cost will be over thousand dollars.
Q6, What's your warranty and after sell service?
A6, Most items have 2 years warranty and some other have 1 year warranty. During warranty time, free repair kits will be offered and we will offer life long time guide to how to modify an inflatable item. While, the premise is that the product is damaged due to quality reasons and not due to other external forces.
