   Inflatable items is made by PVC Tarpaulin. The Flame Retardant is suitable for BS5852(British Standard).

  Yes, we can print your picture or logo on the inflatable products, and you can offer the picture in any format made by Photoshop, PDF or AI.

4.Can you design one specially?

   Yes, send us details and a sketch or a picture of your requirements and we will quote you our best price.

5.What included in the inflatable snow globes?

   It is included inflatable games, blower, kit bag(including the same colors material, glue),ground sheet. 

6.What kind of guarantee you can give?

   Our inflatable games can be used more than 2 years. If it is damaged, you can use the glue and material to repair it. Because it is too long distance to ship goods back, we will send a kit bag for every inflatable products. 

7.Your blowers meet CE/UL requirements?

   Our blowers have passed the certificate of CE,UL. 

8.Mini quantity?

9.How do I pay?

   Please transmit (T/T) the payment from your bank to our bank.or Western Union,Cash.

10.How do you start the order?

   We will start your order after receiving the down payment which is 50% of total payment. When order finished, we will email you the digital photo for your confirmation. We will send the goods to you after receiving the balance payment. 

If the order is urgent, you'd better pay 100% in advance. 

11.Producing time?

   Our regular producing time for 1pcs inflatable games is 10-15 days, excluding air transit time, from the date of confirmation. However, it can be +/- depending on the design and the dimensions.

12.Shipping?

   Can be delivery by DHL/Air or by Sea. The approximate transit time by air is 5 business days maximum and by sea 18-30 days.
